About

To see a world where every child has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Positioning today’s child for success through the provision of educational support and access to skills.

Nigeria is reputed to have one of the highest numbers of out of school children in the world and the figure keeps increasing daily. In major cities like Lagos, one can see children who should be in school loitering the streets. As it is widely known, education plays a huge role in the development of any nation.

Therefore, any society that wants to progress must place value on its education system, ensuring children have access to quality education irrespective of who they are, where they’re from or the socio-economic standard of their parents. It is in response to this that Victor Moore Foundation, a trust registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission has been set up.

The Foundation is named after my late dad, Victor Moore as a way of honouring him and creating a long-lasting legacy in his name. My dad was passionate about education and he was responsible for sponsoring several individuals through school, some of whom are still benefiting from his sponsorship even in death.

This is what inspired me to name the Foundation after him because it is a reflection of how he lived his life – helping others by creating the opportunity for them to thrive.
